Curriculum

In our curriculum, students progress through levels and not colored belts. Each empty hand and weapon form listed below is considered a step. Each step contains various self-defense applications that students are required to demonstrate proficiently before progressing to the next step or level. Testing is conducted at each step and level.

Beginner Level

  • Basic stances, stepping, hand strikes, blocks, and kicks
  • Basic self-defense techniques and principles
  • Kung Fu History, Jow Ga History, Kung Fu Etiquette
